The Neurodivergent Collective: A 6-Week Group for ADHD Women
Starts October 22, 2025 | Tuesdays 6–8 PM | Bloom Narratives Therapy + Wellness
You’ve read all the hacks. You’ve downloaded the dopamine planner. You’ve convinced yourself (again) that this time you’ll “just try harder.”
And you’re so tired of that cycle.
If you’re navigating ADHD or neurodivergence—and wondering why it still feels like you’re missing a piece of the puzzle—you’re not alone. The Neurodivergent Collective is a 6-week support group designed for ADHD women who are done masking, exhausted by perfectionism, and ready to finally feel seen.
This group also welcomes non-binary and gender-diverse folks who identify with the experience of being socialized as female and feel this space fits their needs.
We talk real-life stuff, not surface-level fluff. This season’s group will explore:
🧠 Why you feel like you’re “too much” and “not enough” (sometimes in the same hour)
📱 Dopamine chasers, digital spirals & how your brain actually works
😮💨 Rest guilt, productivity pressure & burnout cycles
🧹 Clutter, chaos, executive dysfunction (hi, doom piles)
💬 Disappearing friend syndrome, social shame & connection gaps
🛑 Boundaries that don’t require a 12-slide explanation
Here’s how it works:
🌱 We start October 22 and run for 6 consecutive Tuesdays from 6–8 PM.
💬 Spots are limited. A quick 15-minute pre-registration call is required before joining.
🤝 We ask for a full 6-week commitment to support trust and group cohesion.
💸 Sessions are $220/week and may be covered under your insurance (check with your plan).
If your nervous system needs a place where it’s okay to stim, scribble, fidget, or pause mid-sentence and say “wait… what was I saying?”—this might just be your place.
Book your pre-registration call now. Your future self (and that growing pile of unfinished planners) will thank you.
