The Neurodivergent Collective for Women: Celebrating Every Step

A Supportive Space for Neurodivergent Women to Connect, Learn, and Grow

Weekly, Open Ended Group on Wednesday Evenings in Airdrie

Navigating life as a neurodivergent woman can feel overwhelming, especially when traditional advice doesn’t quite fit.

This ongoing group is a space to share experiences, build strategies that actually work for you, and connect with others who get it—without judgment or pressure.

Each session is a mix of open discussion, shared experiences, and practical tools to support executive function, emotional regulation, relationships, and daily life. We also bring in guest speakers who offer real-world insights on topics like ADHD-friendly organization, communication, and self-advocacy.

If you’re looking for a space where you don’t have to mask, explain yourself, or feel like you’re doing life “wrong,” this group is for you.

Movement That Meets You: Reclaiming Motion Without Pressure

This session explores what movement can look like when it’s not about performance, punishment, or productivity. Whether it’s stretching, stimming, dancing in your kitchen, or walking in silence — we’ll reflect on how our bodies want to move when we actually listen. Together, we’ll explore the difference between movement that drains us and movement that restores us.
