“Too Much” and “Not Enough”: Navigating Shame in Neurotypical Spaces

  • Bloom Narratives Clinic 28 Gateway Drive Northeast Airdrie, AB, T4B 0J6 Canada (map)

Navigating life as a neurodivergent woman can feel overwhelming, especially when traditional advice doesn’t quite fit.

This ongoing group offers a supportive environment for individuals who identify as women and have lived experiences of ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent traits. Here, you can share your experiences, develop effective strategies tailored to your needs, and connect with others who understand your journey—all in a judgment-free and pressure-less atmosphere.

Each session is a mix of open discussion, shared experiences, and practical tools to support executive function, emotional regulation, relationships, and daily life. We also bring in guest speakers who offer real-world insights on topics like ADHD-friendly organization, communication, and self-advocacy.

If you are looking for a space where you can be authentic, without the need to mask, justify your feelings, or feel like you're navigating life incorrectly, this group is designed for you.
