Whether you're a teen navigating the challenges of school, relationships, and identity, or an adult feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or life transitions, Bonnie is here to support you. She works with individuals of all ages, helping them move through confusion and self-doubt toward clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Bonnie’s approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming. Rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed care, she blends practical strategies with deep compassion—recognizing that healing happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self. She brings a holistic perspective to her work, understanding that emotional pain often has many layers and that addressing the root is just as important as treating the symptoms.

With a background in both education and mental health, Bonnie has a strong foundation in working with youth, but also brings meaningful insight and support to adults seeking a space to reconnect with themselves. She believes in the power of therapeutic relationships to build resilience, restore agency, and support real, lasting change.

A lifelong resident of Airdrie and proud mom of four, Bonnie combines her clinical training with lived experience, offering a grounded and relatable presence. Whether you’re working through anxiety, identity questions, relationship dynamics, or emotional burnout, Bonnie is ready to walk alongside you—wherever you’re starting from.
