ABOUT
Meet Emma Mills, RPN
Grounded, relationship-focused, and ready to help you move forward
With over 25 years of experience in Canada and the UK, Emma brings both wisdom and warmth to the therapy space. While her early work focused on supporting individuals, her current practice emphasizes couples therapy, using the Gottman Method to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you’re navigating conflict, feeling distant, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, Emma creates a space where both voices are heard and respected.
Emma also works with individual adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Her approach is calm, practical, and holistic—offering space to sort through emotions, reconnect with core values, and make intentional changes that align with the life you want to live.
She is especially passionate about supporting first responders, healthcare workers, and helping professionals—those who often carry the emotional weight of caring for others. With empathy and perspective, she helps you find clarity, confidence, and renewed energy.
Known for her down-to-earth nature and gentle sense of humour, Emma believes that even the biggest life changes start with small, steady steps. She’s here to walk alongside you as you find your footing and move forward with purpose.
