My Approach to Counselling
I work from a client-centered stance using interventions such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal in each session is to help individuals identify issues that get them stuck and work with them to develop practical strategies to help overcome these issues.
