Episode 12: Play !

When was the last time you simply played? Not worked, not exercised, not pursued a goal, but played? For many of us, play seems like a frivolous activity that we can no longer afford to indulge in as adults. We relegate play to our childhoods, believing that it has no place in our more serious lives. But what if play is one of the most important things we can do for our adult selves? According to the Oxford English Dictionary, "to play" is defined as "to wield lightly and freely; to keep in motion." In this podcast, I will explore the forgotten benefits of play and how it can enrich our lives as adults.
