Episode 16: Moko Kauae

Moko Kauae is an ancient practice that has been passed down through generations of Maori women. It is a deeply personal and sacred ritual that is unique to each woman who undergoes it. The moko kauae is a symbol of womanhood and empowerment, and it helps to define the wearer's identity. It is a reminder to always be true to oneself, and to never lose sight of who you are. The moko kauae is also a reminder that womanhood is not about being perfect - it's about being yourself, flaws and all. It's about having the courage to be who you are, even when it isn't easy.

I will link the video below that further explains this practice, since I am not Maori and cannot speak to the practice, but I found this video very educational and very inspiring. I hope you enjoy !
