Developing Deep Roots for Your Healing

Individual Adult Counselling (ages 18+)

  • Individual counselling is an opportunity to connect one-on-one with a skilled therapist that you feel safe and comfortable with. This type of counselling can help you learn about yourself, break free from negative habits holding you back, and start thriving again.

During individual counselling sessions, you will have the chance to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are contributing to your current challenges. With the help of your therapist, you will learn how to manage these challenges in a more positive and productive way. You will also develop new skills and perspectives that will help you create a more fulfilling life for yourself.

If you are ready to make positive changes in your life, individual counselling can be an invaluable step on your journey to wellness.

Individual Pre-teen & Youth Counselling

Therapy can help youth discover their identity, manage life and academic stressors, cope with conflict, explore and process emotions, grief, and loss, and many others.

Youth often feel misunderstood, and our therapists will take the time to listen and understand what they are going through. We know how important it is for youth to feel supported, and we will work with them to help them build healthy coping skills.
