What’s included?
10 Weekly Group Counselling Sessions
Dates: January 22-March 26, 2025
Time: 6:00-8:00pm
$150 per session (2 hour group weekly)
Services are often covered by extended health benefit plans.*
*individual policy plan and coverage may vary. Contact your benefit provider to find out if group counselling services are eligible for coverage.
Please note we cannot direct bill for group therapy services
Optional Weekly Body Doubling Session
Work virtually parallel with other group members. Get some laundry done, a bit of work, sort the mail, read a book chapter, whatever you need, this is a great space to help with getting started on a task.
Guest Speakers
We've got some amazing guest experts coming in to help with talking about nutrition, intuitive eating, movement and exercise, how to make changes easier, how to communicate better, understanding the links between stress, trauma, and anxiety, and all things relaxation and mindfulness.

From Overwhelmed to Empowered: A Support Group for Adult ADHD Women.
In the group, you'll get to hang out with other awesome humans who understand your struggles and triumphs.
We'll have weekly group sessions, where you can learn some cool hacks to make your life easier, share your wins and get support for your challenges.

Supportive community
You'll also get access to our weekly body doubling sessions (totally optional), which means we'll all work together on our own tasks, but virtually. It's like having an accountability buddy, but cooler!
And if that's not enough, we'll also bring in some guest speakers who will talk about ADHD-specific topics that are relevant to you. We're talking about real, practical advice that you can start using right away.

Eligibility requirements:
Identify as a woman
Have an ADHD diagnosis or identify with having a life experience of ADHD (book a screening call if you're not sure)
Ability to commit to the weekly group session for the duration of the group
You must attend a screening call before your registration can be confirmed.

Investment & Commitment
$150 per group session (2 hour group therapy session), billed after each therapy session. (Services may be eligible for insurance coverage based on individual policies.)
Free optional body doubling session weekly
Commitment to all 10 weeks. My job as your group leader is to support you to attend the sessions and can help you 1 on 1 if time management is a challenge.

About your host, Sharla Crowie
MSW, RSW
Meet Sharla Crowie, a mental health therapist who specializes in working with individuals socialized as women who have lived experiences with ADHD. As someone who identifies with ADHD herself, Sharla brings a unique understanding and perspective to her work. She is passionate about helping individuals create lasting change by building deep roots for healing and empowerment.
With over 11 years of experience in the mental health field, Sharla has developed a keen ability to connect with her clients and create a safe, supportive environment for growth. Her approach is client-centered and holistic, meaning she considers all aspects of a person's life when working with them. In addition to her formal education and training, Sharla is always looking for new tools and techniques to add to her toolkit, ensuring her clients receive the best care possible.
As a group leader, Sharla brings her vast knowledge and experience to the table. She is skilled at creating a sense of community within her groups, making individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. Her groups are designed to support and empower women with ADHD, helping them navigate the challenges of ADHD while embracing their unique strengths and talents.
